My session with Ashley at Naturally Effortless was AMAZING! She brought clarity of blocks from past people and situations. She cleared and healed my space. In doing this, I now have a path forward. I felt lighter, as negative energies were released . I had head pressure during the session (Crown/Third Eye), but after her clearing and healing, it was gone. I highly recommend Ashley for clarity on blockages and the releasing and healing from past trauma.

At first, I was all a bit skeptical of Reiki healing, but I believe in Ashley. I had an accident and injured my thumb, and Ashley performed Reiki healing, and the deep pain went away. I look forward to exploring more of her master skills.
